Imborek Properties is a Limited Liability Company specializing in residential rentals for undergraduate and graduate students. We've served the Quad Cities for more than 10 years by providing affordable, luxurious, and safe housing options as an alternative to college dormitories. All of our homes have been recently updated and are located within walking distance to campus. All students bedrooms doors lock for their security and convienance. Furthermore, we offer on-call management service, online payment options, maintenance request functions, and complimentary cleaning services each month.
